Click the left mouse button in a View window to define the position for the light source. Move the mouse to define the light direction and click. Move the mouse and click to define the inner angle for the light cone. This is the angle in which the light sources casts rays of maximum brightness. Specify the outer angle for the light source. The brightness falls off with the angle and corresponds to zero with this angle.
